The Phoenix Ballroom is a modern nightlife venue, renovated from the remains of The Grand Ballroom in the historic Asbury Hotel. Attempts have been made to preserve the Art Deco charm while offering modern amenities. Part of a larger redevelopment project for the hotel site.
