Surface is indeed raised, as Displacement has been baked in, so it will respond naturally to lighting, with real highlights and shadows. Also includes a Normal and Roughness Map. You CAN tile several instances of this plane together seamlessly, if you do it carefully, making the planes abut perfectly.
