Editable Shop Front Chalkboard

A lovely shopfront double sided chalkboard topped with a iron swirl. All materials are editable and both faces are able to have your own custom texture added, Either just a png of the words with a transparent background as they have their own material or a solid texture! The front and back faces of the chalk texture can be different.
