Drifting Float EMOTE

Description

A looped floating animation that moves from side to side slightly with gentle arm and leg movement. Animeation Gif example: https://gyazo.com/893d5ad024f8efcb41359e02e4ebadb3 Tested on the standard avatars but does have slightly buggy feet at certain scales, I believe this is to do with the hitbox not being scaled with the slider. If you know a fix please let me know If you find you are having issues I am happy to raise or lower the animation to try and remedy this for your avatar for free.
